Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

1. You can request to return the purchased product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. To apply for a refund and return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:

• Correct Product: The product/ brand/ article number/ bar code should match.
  
• Unused Product: The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  
• Complete Product: If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning all the products should be present.
  
• Undamaged Product: Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will be eligible for return.
• Product Unboxing Video: We kindly request our valued customers to provide an unboxing video as proof for initiating a return request. This video will help us determine if the product received is incorrect or damaged, allowing us to proceed with the necessary steps. Please note that we are unable to entertain return requests without a valid unboxing video.

3. Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated.

4. Any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be refunded.

5. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.

6. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

7. The maximum amount of INR 100 will be refunded for each product if the customer sends the product using any courier service.

8. We initiate the refund after verifying all the orders, products, and customer details. The refund process may take up to 14 working days after verification of all the details.

9. International orders are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. 

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiry.mfienterprises@yahoo.com and send your item to 77, Shabnam Park Society, Near Diwali Baug, Adajan Patiya, Surat, 395009.

Cancellation

Please call us at +91-80884 61866 or write to us at enquiry.mfienterprises@yahoo.com to request a cancellation. Cancellation is allowed only if the product is not shipped from our end. (We usually ship within 24 hours after receiving the order)

Returning the product

We generally arrange the reverse pickup of the product in case of exchange or return. However, if the reverse pickup courier facility is not available then the customer has to courier the product back to us by properly packaging the product in a safe & secure way.
